WSP USA president to speak at Infrastructure Week kickoff event

Washington, D.C. — Gregory A. Kelly, president and CEO of WSP USA, will moderate a panel on infrastructure investment on May 15 in Washington, D.C. as part of the kickoff event of Infrastructure Week.

“Infrastructure investment has become one of the government’s top legislative priorities,” said Kelly. “It is fitting that this year’s Infrastructure Week forum is being held at a time when the critical issues of infrastructure renewal and development are leading agenda items in the congress, with the administration, and at state capitals across the country.”

Kelly will serve as moderator of the panel, “Engine for American Growth: Infrastructure, the Economy and Jobs,” which will elevate key themes and concrete examples of the importance of infrastructure investment to communities’ and the nation’s economic competitiveness, job growth, and prosperity. Other speakers on the panel include Terry O’Sullivan, general president, Laborers’ International Union of America, and Jay Timmons, president and CEO, National Association of Manufacturers.

Kelly’s panel is part of Infrastructure Week: Time to Build America, a forum sponsored by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce that will feature elected officials, members of the administration, chief executive officers, and labor leaders who will discuss the future of American infrastructure investment.

Infrastructure Week was founded and is led by a bipartisan team that includes leading business groups, labor unions, and think tanks working to improve America’s infrastructure.
