Transportation Sec. Foxx issues call to action at the AASHTO Washington Briefing (video)

U.S. Transportation Sec. Anthony Foxx issued a call to action during his keynote address at the AASHTO Washington Briefing Feb. 25. Foxx urged State transportation officials in Washington to attend the conference and visit their congressional delegations to urge for passage of a robust, long-term transportation bill.
