Structural Engineers' Building Conference & Expo call for proposals

Structural engineers face many challenges and demands in the successful completion of buildings. Where do you turn to increase your knowledge of the technical issues you encounter while also staying abreast of the most current management issues? ZweigWhite and Structural Engineer announce the return of the Structural Engineers’ Building Conference & Expo, Oct. 10-11, 2007, at The Grand Hyatt in San Francisco, and have issued a call for proposals.

The 2007 Structural Engineers’ Building Conference & Expo will bring together the entire team of structural engineers responsible for the nation’s buildings: president/owner, principal, project manager, senior engineer, and design engineer. The two-day program will deliver the latest techniques, trends, and technologies from some of the industry’s most respected experts, with an emphasis on technical design and analysis, the latest codes and guidelines, risk and liability issues, market opportunity, and project and business management issues and topics.

Submit your ideas about current topics or industry luminaries you would like to hear from at the conference, or whether you would like to make a presentation. To submit a proposal or idea, contact Amy Walsh, conference producer, before May 15 at info@zweiggroup.com, or 800-466-6275. Complete details are available online at www.sebuildings.com.
