SiteSaver BMP treatment device receives California water board approval

Romeoville, Ill. — StormTrap received approval from the California State Water Quality Control Board for its stormwater treatment system, SiteSaver. The Full Capture System is certified as a Stand-Alone High Flow Capacity Device. SiteSaver can be used in either online or offline configurations to capture all particles that are 5 mm or greater.

The SiteSaver system contains either a net or basket to collect trash and debris, an influent oil baffle, a hydraulic relief baffle, inclined settling cells and hydrocarbon containment components. The product is designed to capture and retain sediment, floating trash, debris and oil that can enter stormwater and pollute downstream receiving waters.
