NCPPP Water Institute Names Recognized Water and Resiliency Expert as Chair

Washington, D.C. — The National Council for Public-Private Partnerships (NCPPP) announced that Dominique Lueckenhoff, Hugo Neu Group’s Senior Vice President of Corporate Affairs and Sustainability, has been named Chair of the NCPPP Water Institute.  In her role, Lueckenhoff will lead the member-led forum with an interest in exploring the use of public-private partnerships (P3s) across the water sector – drinking, wastewater, stormwater – and related disciplines.

“Dominique brings a unique combination of knowledge and passion to NCPPP – a superior knowledge of the issues combined with an unrivaled passion for community equity and getting results. “Getting her to lead our Water Institute is a coup,” said Tom Dooney, president-elect of NCPPP.  “Her leadership signals that NCPPP is focused on using our platform to advance dialogue and strengthen our strategic partnerships with leading national water NGOs.”

Lueckenhoff brings over two decades of environmental experience and award-winning program development and management with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and Hugo Neu.  In her current role, Lueckenhoff oversees all partnerships and initiatives related to corporate sustainability, climate adaptation & resiliency, environmental policy; green business growth and investment opportunities; and overall social, environmental, and economic well-being activities.

Most recently, she served as Senior Advisor to the USEPA Region 3 Administrator, when she led strategies and initiatives related to innovative P3s.  In her role she developed and implemented the nationally-recognized Community-Based P3 model, delivering large-scale integrated water infrastructure and economic development solutions.
