Hot Firm List entries due

ZweigWhite is seeking entries for The Zweig Letter 2007 Hot Firm List, which recognizes the 200 fastest-growing architecture, engineering, planning, and environmental consulting firms in the United States and Canada. Rankings are based on a survey of industry firms conducted by ZweigWhite. Only firms based in the United States or Canada that derive the majority of their revenues from the practice of architecture, engineering, planning, environmental consulting, or allied disciplines are eligible. Design/build firms, which provide both design and construction services, are also eligible.

Firms are ranked according to their three-year growth rate in gross revenue from 2003 to 2006, with 50 percent of the ranking based on percentage growth and 50 percent based on dollar growth. Only firms that were in business for the entire three-year period and that are still in business as of Jan. 1, 2007, are eligible. The firm’s 2003 revenue must have been greater than or equal to $1 million. After the initial ranking, leading contenders will be contacted for financial statements or income tax returns to validate the results of the ranking. Verification of revenue figures is required to qualify for the final ranking.
