Grote Industries Hires Jami Fletcher as National Fleet Sales Manager

Madison, IN  – Grote Industries hired Jami Fletcher as National Fleet Sales Manager. Fletcher will handle sales and customer contacts for Grote Industries’ wide range of fleet accounts, as well as new business opportunities.

Jami Fletcher is an accomplished Corporate Accounts Manager with 25+ years of experience in the Fleet Industry, managing many of the business’ largest, more complex customers.  She has an outstanding record of exceeding expectations while providing exceptional customer support in a very fast-paced environment.  Along with a proven skill set and experience identifying business concerns, formulating strategic plans, initiating change and implementing new processes in ever-changing conditions and diverse environments.  Her effective communications skills are utilized to work with diverse individuals at every level and she excels at developing trusting, long-term relationships with customers and others through integrity and professional character.

Jami enjoys the serenity of lake living in Northern Wisconsin, sharing life with family and friends- swimming, boating, entertaining, laughter and sports are a sampling of her favorite activities. She is also known to root for the Packers.
