David Mortensen Joins raSmith as Project Manager, Land Development Services

Mortensen brings over 13 years of civil engineering experience managing projects and design teams

BROOKFIELD, Wis. — David Mortensen has joined raSmith as a project manager in the land development services division at the firm’s Brookfield office. Mortensen has more than 13 years of civil engineering and project management experience in conducting and managing due diligence, site planning, site design, grant procurement, permitting and construction administration. He has managed multi-disciplinary design teams for projects that include health care, hospitality, education, athletics, parks, retail, commercial, and mixed-use developments.

Mortensen is a professional engineer licensed in Wisconsin and is also certified as a construction document technologist (CDT). He holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from UW-Platteville.
