Corrosion control for ductile iron pipe

As part of its online seminar series called "Workshops That Work," the Ductile Iron Pipe Research Association (DIPRA) offers a free webinar—75 Years of Research: Corrosion Control for Ductile Iron Pipe—May 8, 2008, at 11:00 a.m. (Central Daylight Time).

To attain long service lives for new pipelines, proper corrosion control must be applied with confidence. According to DIPRA, a statistical evaluation of the extensive corrosion control experience of the iron pipe industry is one way to bolster that confidence. The webinar discusses what DIPRA has learned over the decades, and how to design, install, and maintain a system that will serve for the next 100 years.
