Core States Group Announces Director of Restaurants, Jamie Sullivan, PE

Boston, MA – Core States recently announced the promotion of Jamie Sullivan to Director of Restaurants. As the restaurant market leader, Sullivan will develop new quick-serve, fast-casual, and fine dining opportunities for the firm. Several of Core States’ accounts originated from Sullivan, and all have turned into programs that continue to grow because of his leadership.

Sullivan joined Core States as a civil engineer, carrying a background in business development throughout Florida, Boston, and Virginia. His technical skills coupled with his leadership abilities has fostered the growth of our restaurant programs such as Starbucks, Taco Bell, Panera Bread, and Pizza Hut. Sullivan leveraged our capabilities to expand into Canada. With his lead, our designers created the manual for remodels of KT Restaurants (co-branded KFC and Taco Bell restaurants) in Canada and completed projects throughout Ontario, Saskatchewan, and British Columbia over the past five years. Core States plans on continuing to grow beyond these provinces.
